If I could I wouldn’t even rate any stars to this business. Being a person who struggles with anemia and needed an urgent iron infusion. I had called reception earlier this year to schedule an iron infusion, and after they collect all my details I managed to book an appointment only in a months time after my call was made as it was the only spot available. I asked the receptionist several times if my appointment was booked and she confirmed it several times. The day before my appointment I called the clinic again to confirm my appointment and another receptionist tells me that they had none of my details, and no appointment was made for me. I explain my situation and ask them if they were still able to fit me in for an iron infusion the next day just like the previous receptionist should have done and they said that they could not help me even after I told them that I urgently needed an iron infusion. I was extremely upset and requested to talk with their supervisor or manager. Only after I asked to do that they then claim that there is an open spot for my iron infusion the next day. They were very hesitant to give me the name and email of their supervisor after I said I wanted to report this incident. I ended up calling The Infusion Clinic in Liverpool and they were so amazing, after I mentioned my anemia they managed to booking me in for an iron infusion the very next day.

This was a very good experience for me and my family because we were impressed by the functionality of the environment. I met a receptionist Sajia and she was very helpful and kind. Also the doctors were very experienced and were able to give me excellent assistance. Overall, it was a pleasuring experience.

Sorry to say, but this is going on every time in A 2 z clinic. Saturday reception is very rude I don't know the lady's name. If we have an appointment and we reach on time also at least we have to wait nearly 1 to1.5 hrs. If the doctor starts late, we also get a call from the reception doctor starting late Your appointment is delayed in that situation The patient needs to suffer. The reception lady just sits there and behaves rudely with patients. Not all reception staff , few of them. No proper respect with patients. Don't know this reception ladys working for money or doing charity work. Kindly request management to look into this matter. Ask the doctor to respond to the patient appointment Time ASAP 15 to 20 mins not long hrs to wait. Thanks.

I was very impressed with the professional environment presented by the medical centre. In particular, the ability of the certain receptionist Sajia, as well as the experienced doctors, in assisting and guiding me through this experience will certainly ensure that I come back again.

Very unprofessional customer service. I made an appointment at 1pm but they’re saying it will be an hour late. They don’t have any sense about the value of time. If they can’t manage the time then why did they make appointment system? I think the authorities should give more training to the receptionist about how to serve customers & maintaining appointments timing.

I have an appointment to see Dr Saba at 10:30am. And it is 2pm now… I'm still waiting for him. Seriously? I can I understand 60-90minutes wait. But 3-4 hours wait is getting ridiculous. I lost a day off work

The experience with the doctor is good. But the appointment system of this medical centre is horrible. Everytime we book an appointment, we had to wait for more than an hour to see the doctor. Sometimes two hours waiting. Also, we called them before coming, they told us to come one hour later. When we arrived one hour later, they said that why were we late and there are two more patients. Either you keep the online system running with a definite time and do not let walking in patients into the queue or just keep the system for walk in patient only. The management do not care about patient's time. The receptionists have no clue what they are telling to the patients over the phone or in person.

Dr Safta is super lovely, considerate, and thorough. There are a few other doctors here that I find are quite good, however I would highly suggest requesting telehealth appointments unless you need to be physically seen. The wait time on average is over an hour. I'm inclined to think that reception overbooks appointments.
